Ali, is a personal trainer and active gym goer. She has an extensive background working as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She is a fantastic resource to help our clients with low back, knee, hip, shoulder pain and more. She is a new mom with her lil-guy Easton, and knows exactly how challenging it is to reach her fitness goals with a demanding life as a mom. Ali also was a high performing collegiate soccer athlete.
